Innoac LLC is pleased to grant you a non-exclusive limited license to use the Innoac LLC Services, including accessing and viewing the Content on a downing-only basis through the site, for personal, non-commercial purposes as set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes and without notice in how we operate our service. Any description of how our service works should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the service will always be working in the future. We are constantly updating our our service and often these adjustments are not completely captured within these Terms of Use.
You are only permitted to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using any device, software, website, web service, or other methods to remove, alter, bypass, disable, interfere with, or avoid any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Content, or any digital rights management (DRM) mechanisms, devices, or other access control measures, including geo-filtering.
You may not copy, download, stream, capture, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, modify, broadcast, perform, display, sell, transmit, or retransmit the Content unless you have written permission from the Innoac LLC. Additionally, you are not allowed to integrate the Content into any hardware or software application, stream or retransmit it, or make it available through frames or in-line links unless expressly authorized by the Innoac LLC in writing.
You are also prohibited from creating or distributing an index or directory of any substantial part of the Content without authorization from the Innoac LLC. Furthermore, you cannot build a business around the Content, whether for profit or not.
The Content includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, layout, interface, logos, photographs, audio and video materials, and still images. You are strictly forbidden from creating derivative works based on the Content, including but not limited to montages, mash-ups, videos, wallpapers, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise, unless you have explicit written permission from the Innoac LLC. This prohibition applies even if the work is intended to be given away for free.
Geographic Availability
The availability of the Content may change over time and vary by country. The quality of how the content is displayed can differ between computers and may be influenced by several factors, including your location and the bandwidth or speed of your internet connection. The Innoac LLC does not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality of your viewing experience.
You may only watch the Content instantly through the service in the geographic locations where we offer the service and have the necessary licenses for specific movies or TV shows. The content available for viewing will differ depending on your location. The Innoac LLC will use technologies to verify your geographic location.
Copyright and Trademarks
All Content is owned by the Innoac LLC (or our affiliates and/or third-party licensors, as applicable), unless stated otherwise. The materials may only be used in accordance with these Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions provided to you and cannot be used without our prior written consent.

Your responsibilities

Terms of Use
No contract or agreement is established, and you do not have any rights to the Service, unless and until the Innoac LLC agrees to provide you with the Service. The Innoac LLC reserves the right to amend or modify the Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site or when the Innoac LLC notifies you of such changes. By continuing to use the Site and/or the Service after such posting or notification, you accept the Agreement as amended or modified. If you do not agree to the amended or modified Agreement, you should not use the Site or the Service.
We may refuse any application to use the Services for any reason whatsoever.
Use of Service
The Site and the Service, including all features, functionalities, instant streaming, our website, user interfaces, and all associated content and software (referred to as the "Service"), are provided under the terms and conditions outlined in this document, referred to as the Terms of Use ("Terms"), along with any other agreements and documents referenced herein, including any future amendments (collectively, the "Agreement"). By using the Site and/or the Service, whether as a Member User, a recipient of an email from a registered user, or any other user (referred to as "you" or "your"), you agree to be bound by the Agreement. You acknowledge that the Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Innoac LLC, whose registered office is located at 5818 Charlotte Place, Palmdale, California, 93552, US ("we"), the company that owns and operates the website (mygmjy.com). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately cease using the Site and the Service.
Support services
To use the Services, any device you use must meet the minimum requirements specified by the Site, including a connection to the internet, a web browser, JavaScript, Shockwave, and Flash. For Member Users, the Service includes (a) reasonable assistance with using the Service, as well as diagnosing and attempting to resolve issues related to the use or delivery of the Service, and (b) updates and revisions to the Site and Services that Innoac LLC chooses to provide to Member Users generally (collectively, "Support Services"). Support Services are available only during Daily 8:00am to 8:00pm, US Eastern time.. Innoac LLC may determine the timing and method of delivering Support Services, which could include communication via email.
To access Support Services, you may be required to purchase additional or different equipment or services from third parties. Innoac LLC is not obligated to provide any other forms of assistance, support, maintenance, or services, including on-site support. If Innoac LLC, at its sole discretion, agrees to provide any additional services, such services will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Billing and Payment
The applicable fees will be communicated to you through the Services and the Sites. This is a monthly subscription to the Service.
Your monthly subscription starts the moment you subscribe to the service for a fee of $39.99. By placing your monthly recurring order of mygmjy.com you will be charged $39.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
The applicable fees for the recurring monthly subscription are displayed in your member area and welcome email.
In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Innoac LLC reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.
Innoac LLC, within the limits allowed by law, is not responsible for any inconveniences or damages caused by usage of the particular Payment Method, especially delays or impossibility to make payment. In such case you should complain about those services to their provider, in the manner provided by their terms and conditions. By the acceptance of hereby Terms of Use, you declare, that all the payments shall be made with the funds from a legitimate source.
You are responsible for any costs you incur to access the internet.
Your Games Joy membership will appear as mygmjy.com on your statement.
Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you may request a refund.
We will make any refund due to you (less any deductions due to us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel the service. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used when you placed your order, unless you have agreed otherwise. You will have upto 30 days from sign up to request a refund. These cancellation rights do not affect your legal rights.
Once the refund has been processed, it will take 3-5 business days to reach your card.
Cancellation
User has the right to cancel the subscription at any time starting from the time the registration was made. If the user chooses to cancel the subscription after the regular billing have started, the subscription will be cancelled immediately and the account will run out at the end of the prepaid period.

Service Termination
Innoac LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or the Agreement, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without being held liable to you, except as stated below. For instance, Innoac LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service due to lack of use, failure to pay fees within the specified timeframe, registering or using multiple free accounts, conducting maintenance or support activities, violating the rules outlined on the Site or in these Terms, engaging in actions outside these Terms, or any other reason determined by Innoac LLC.
If you are a Paid User and have not violated the Agreement, any material changes that negatively affect the Service or result in suspension, discontinuation, or termination will take effect at the end of the current service term. However, Innoac LLC may implement such changes immediately by refunding the prorated portion of fees for the remaining term. If a Paid User continues using the Service after such changes or suspensions, it signifies their acceptance and waives any right to request a refund.
Breach Remedies
In addition to or instead of terminating, cancelling, or discontinuing the Site and/or the Service, Innoac LLC may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate, at its sole discretion, if you breach the Agreement. These actions may include, but are not limited to, suspending your access to the Site and/or the Service, blocking your IP address, or utilizing any other technical or legal measures available to Innoac LLC.
Results of Termination
Upon the expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuation of the Site and/or the Service, your right to access and use the Site and/or Service will end as stated above. You will no longer have access to your account or any files or content within it, although residual copies may remain in Innoac LLC's system. Innoac LLC may choose to retain such files or content at its discretion.
Any suspension, termination, or cancellation will not affect your obligations to Innoac LLC under these Terms of Use, including but not limited to proprietary rights, ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability, which are intended to survive such suspension, termination, or cancellation.
Suspension/Discontinuation of Services
While we hope to avoid it, Innoac LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services (including Content and the devices used to access the Services), either temporarily or permanently, for any or all users, at any time, without notice. You acknowledge that Innoac LLC has the sole discretion to do so. You also agree that Innoac LLC will not be held liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. However, Innoac LLC may, at its discretion, offer you a credit, refund, discount, or other form of consideration (for example, by adding extra service days to your account). If Innoac LLC terminates your account or suspends or discontinues your access due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for any such credit, refund, discount, or other consideration.
Force Majeure
Innoac LLC shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performing its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control. Examples include denial-of-service attacks, labor strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government interventions, internet failures, or any other extraordinary events ("Force Majeure Event").
In such cases, Innoac LLC will be excused from its duties for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and any additional period reasonably necessary to recover from its impacts.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site and/or the Service is at your own risk. The Innoac LLC and its suppliers provide the Service "as is," without any warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title, and non-infringement.
Innoac LLC makes no warranty that the Site or the Service will: meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, properly stored or delivered, accurate, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Additionally, Innoac LLC does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations. Any material transmitted or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the transmission of such material.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States of America law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of Website Terms in the United States of America courts.
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law. Nothing in these Website Terms, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
